Supportive Touch: partner massage class

Description

This event invites couples, partners, friends and/or family members to engage in guided bodywork within a group setting. Join this class with one other person you feel comfortable connecting closely with, and learn some tips and tricks in sharing supportive touch. You and your partner will both be guided through exercises aimed at connection, massage, and breathwork that are simple enough to take home to enhance your care practice.

Each person will have a chance to hold space for the other with a variety of massage techniques and adaptations. This class is guided both from a standing position with your partner seated in a chair and a kneeling position with your partner lying on the mat.

My wife and I left this class feeling pleasantly relaxed. Rachel helped us feel welcome and at ease. She demonstrated many helpful massage techniques at an easy to follow pace. We both learned so much and are grateful for the experience.
