Class Description
Join me this spring for a 4 week series, designed to support the transition to a new, budding season.
This series combines gentle somatic movement that guide you through early developmental movement patterns, with reminders of our connection to the natural world. Each class is gentle, slow, and mostly low to the ground with a primary emphasis on ways to find support no matter where you are in the practice.
This offering is intended to nourish a tender nervous system, and support joint health, all while practicing in community.
My hopes are that you are able to re-connect with your body and earth, process and integrate felt experience, and leave with a sense of ease.
Please note: this class is not considered to be a group therapy substitute, rather a group movement class with intention on physical and felt experience. There will be brief moments of checking in before and after class, but overall this is an experiential rather than discussion based container.
