Class Description

Tend to your earth body in the garden, this May. This class invites tender care around a season that stirs allergens and allergic reactions for many. Throughout the class you’ll learn manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial techniques, and acupressure points all aimed at relief from allergy related symptoms. We hope this class will continue to support you as the applications are simple enough to integrate into your care routine. 

Plus! This class will also be supplemented with a nourishing Forest & Meadow beverage to further support the immune system and help mitigate symptoms of seasonal allergies.

What: 60 min seated class

Where: Forest and Meadow Garden

Class Size: limited to 13 people

Accessibility: This is an outdoor class will take place in the Forest & Meadow Garden, which is located behind the shop up a slightly inclined driveway with one small step just as you enter the space. The class will be conducted from a seated position, standing is also available. Restrooms are located in the building and masks are required for entrance.
