Class Description
Join me for the invitation to care for your earth body in curious and tender ways. This 60 minute class is responsive to the season, astrological positions, and communal events that affect us all in various forms.
Each class will begin with discussion around current collective experience, and how this might show up in our earth bodies. With focus on sensation, there will be invitation to connect to self with tender bodywork, exploratory shapes, and curious movement among other somatic practices aimed at supporting the individual within the group.
An example of a summer class, with sun in Leo, might focus on balancing heat by inviting heart nourishing self care, restorative shapes, and gentle movement.
Each gathering is different with the same invitation to keep curiosity and take care.
