Class Description
This integrative class moves through the systems of the fascial body with somatic inquiry, myofascial techniques, mobility work, foundational exercises, and exploratory movement.
Join me at Cherokee St. Yoga Collective, for the invitation to restore shapes and movement patterns in dynamic ways. This class is aimed at finding space in one's body with great care for the nervous system.
Whether you join weekly, or just one class you'll leave with techniques to continue your practice at home.
Class Details
When: Every Wednesday at 11 am & 1 pm
Who: this class is adaptable to most folks who are able to get up and down multiple times during a class. During class you will be given multiple options and adaptations to meet various states of capacity for movement. If you have an area of your body that needs tending to, please let Rachel know before class starts so they are able to support you with different options that meet your needs.

Wear: clothing that allows you to access your full range of motion.
Bring: your preferred mat for support. If you do not have a mat, extras are provided.
Cost: there is no set price for this class, only a request to give what you can and take what you need.
Class Size: limited to 9.
Building Accessibility: Parking is located in the front and side of the building. Depending on where you’ve parked, the distance to the entrance can be up to 100 ft. Once you’ve reached the building, there is a set of steps up to the front door.
Health and Safety Precautions: masks are requested to be worn when moving about the studio space.
