What to expect:
This series invites gentle, yet active movement by directing attention to joint health through mindful action. During each class, you can expect a focus on myofascial techniques and joint mobilization paired with nourishing breathwork. This dynamic work can have a great impact on regulating the nervous system, strengthening joint range of motion and increasing awareness of capacity or proprioception.
