Tether to Joy

Maybe you’re reading this and thinking, “Joy who?”

  • If joy is feeling non-existent or difficult to access when we’ve been “away” for a while. Start with the tether that leads you back to you.

Tether Activity:

🧶  When the question, “What sparks joy,” is leading you to a brick wall, ask yourself these questions instead:

  • What object, piece of art, or media stirs feelings of lightness within me?

  • What moment in my life do I remember feeling the most like myself?

  • What place allows me to be fully myself with ease?

  • What relationship can I be my full self in - including the weird, wild, and fiery parts?

Follow this tether to the end and keep going back over and over until you feel it in your heart space.

That’s a joy practice.
